Return & Cancellation Policy

At Vedasi, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the product is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product (health and wellness supplements), we generally do not accept returns once the package is opened.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged.
• The product received is incorrect.
• The product packaging is tampered.

3. Return Request

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product.

4. Refund Policy

Once the return request is approved and the product is received back, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

• Product opened or used
• Return request after 48 hours of delivery
• Product damaged due to misuse
